This hotel was great place for exploring Louisville, loved it and property’s helpful staff upon check-out. Plenty of savoury breakfast items to choose from.

Smooth check in and nice service throughout my stay. Also, it had parking onsite.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay, the hotel was well-maintained, immaculately clean, with perfect location to the airport.

The room was individual and I loved the pool, it was nice. The American breakfast had lots of options for all tastes. Brilliant employees providing a friendly service. Wonderful stay in the downtown area.

All good — we loved our stay — food was outstanding and chearful staff. Functional room with the best bathroom. Exceptional location, Louisville airport was 0.5 miles away.

I loved that the reception was friendly. I had carpeted room with a queen size pull out couch. All in all everything was great, yet I had a bit small bathroom.

The hotel is fairly clean and the staff are superbly friendly. Hot breakfast and lots of goodies.

Brilliant location and well-kept rooms, good wi-fi. Stuff were honest all that time. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a lovely view. The restaurant was reasonably priced, excellant service, fantastic food.

The ambience of the hotel was family and the room was perfect. Everything was good, though a few employees where not very friendly. The restaurant onsite was great, it served hot dishes.

Everything was perfect, it's spotless and UPSCALE hotel. And it also had pleasant view. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Fast check-in was a bonus.

I have just returned from a delightful stay in this excellent central hotel, absolutely gorgeous rooms. Decent view of lake. Best possible location to Louisville Nature Center. Very knowledgeable staff, providing exceptional service.

Hotel was reasonably priced. The property was homely, we liked TERRIFIC staff. Hotel was spotless. It was based individual building in a unique location. Fabulous restaurant provided Chinese dishes.

All in all a low-budget hotel and pleasant enough stay. Unbeatable location, outstanding staff, smooth check in. I got free upgrade and loved it. The bathroom was so clean and overall it was very tidy.

Pet-friendly place to stay while in Louisville. The pool was good and the staff was very hospitable. Had convenient room with a queen size pull out couch for a decent stay. The staff created a family atmosphere. The friendly check-in process too.

Everywhere was overall clean, staff were well-trained, amazing bed. An a double room with a stunningly beautiful view, I had requested this in advance. Ideal location in the very comfortable area.

The room was cozy, the staff was responsive and the location was handy. Climate control, multi-channel television and an iron with ironing board in the room and the amazingly comfortable bed. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. The food was pretty good and with plenty of options. Found in the safe area, the hotel offered reasonable prices. Apart from that, A 134-Acre Zoo was 10 minutes away by driving.

my stay was fairly nice here. the staff were informative, the room was incredibly comfortable and i loved amazing location. historic style hotel with modern furniture in the rooms. breakfast was amazing, lots of dishes to choose from. nice interior, nice restaurant.

Loved it. Happy to have a store in the lobby. I dined a few steps away from the hotel at Lee's Korean Restaurant. I spent 1 night in queen room...

The staff is hospitable and the buffet breakfast is delicious! Hotel's manager was top!
